We start from a simple belief: no two people live, work, or gather the same way, and their spaces shouldn't either. We take the time to understand the people, routines, and stories that make each space unique, then design from there.

Courtney D'Orio
Courtney grew up in a small town with a charming old main street, always curious about what was around the next corner. That curiosity eventually led her to NYC then Philadelphia, and into a career spent designing, exploring, and finding inspiration along the way.
With 15 years of experience in interior design, Courtney has always found inspiration in more than just interiors. She finds it in music and live performances, walks in nature, art exhibits, and even the worlds created in movies and television. She's drawn to new places, old buildings, and spaces that spark her imagination. She especially loves how thoughtful design can make a place feel special, tell a story, and bring people together.
Today, Courtney calls South Jersey home, surrounded by historic neighborhoods, walkable downtowns, and charming storefronts that feel both familiar and full of possibility. Only Known Interiors is her next chapter, bringing together years of experience, a lifelong curiosity, and a love for creating spaces that feel entirely their own.
